Ulyana Fitsa is Chief Supply Chains Officer at Kormotech, an esteemed global cat and dog food manufacturer. As an entrepreneur and business trainer Ulyana brings extensive expertise to her roles. She leads a logistics team of over 160 professionals across 5 locations in Ukraine, Lithuania, and Poland. Ulyana oversees the planning and delivery of a diverse assortment, including 600 SKUs and over 2000 raw materials for production. Her unique managerial approach includes not only essential management but also aesthetic vision of the supply chains, creativity development and building a strong personal brand at the same time. In 2023 Ulyana entered a Top of Women in Petfood by PetFoodProcessing.net and in 2024 she was recognized as the “Manager of the Year” by Ukraine’s leading business media Delo.ua and TOP-100 magazine.
